SECURITY AND ATTENDEE CONDUCT
- Attendees will be required to show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID-driver’s license, passport, green card, etc.) and state the purpose of their visit.
- All attendees will need to pass through NIH Gateway Center prior to the start of the meeting.
A GRID/Lattice, Flash and Microbeam Radiotherapy Workshop badge will be required for admittance to all events. Badges should be worn and visible at all times. Lost badges should be reported to the registration staff immediately. The following badge policies will be in effect throughout the workshop:
- Badges are not transferable.
- False certification of individuals as paid GRID/Lattice, Flash and Microbeam Radiotherapy Workshop attendees, misuse of badges, any method of assisting unauthorized persons to gain access to any GRID/Lattice, Flash and Microbeam Radiotherapy Workshop event or any inappropriate or unauthorized conduct will be just cause for repossessing badge of any individuals involved and expelling all parties involved from the workshop without obligation on the part of the Radiosurgery Society® for refund of any fees.

AMENDMENT TO ATTENDEE POLICIES
At any time, these policies may be amend and/or additions made. These changes shall be binding on all attendees equally along with the foregoing Attendee Policies.
